    Hi‑Tech Plastics is a Lancashire‑based injection moulding business, originally established in 1985 by father‑and‑son team Peter and Dennis Lang. Over the decades, Dennis has successfully guided and grown the company to what it is today. As he began considering his retirement and exploring potential exit strategies, Dennis approached the PM+M Corporate Finance team for support. He was looking for support throughout the entire process and wanted to know his company would be left in safe hands moving forward for future growth.
