Kath joined PM+M in 2015 as a Manager and has since grown her role significantly – now leading a team of 4 and supporting around 180 team members across the firm. With a strong background in accountancy and a brief but valuable stint in HR consultancy, Kath brings a well-rounded perspective to her leadership. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Level 7) and is deeply committed to championing employee wellbeing, driving apprenticeship opportunities, and shaping a positive, forward-thinking workplace culture.
