With over 25 years’ experience working with owner-managed and privately owned businesses, Helen advises clients across a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in supporting the legal profession. She focuses on building strong, trusted relationships and takes time to understand the ambitions of leadership teams—not just for their business, but for themselves as individuals.

People development is central to Helen’s approach, both within PM+M and with her clients. She is especially drawn to people-based businesses, where she can help create lasting value through strong connections and long-term collaboration.
