Since joining PM+M Chris has been able to use his experience within learning and development and leadership development to create and implement new learning initiatives and programmes, offering accessible and inclusive learning to the team at all levels.
As an experienced coach he has also been able to support many of our people to overcome their challenges and find a way forward, to realise their potential and bring their best. Leading the way with our ED+I strategy has meant that he can not only weave ED+I into our learning initiatives, but also our ways of working to raise awareness and further develop our inclusive, people first culture.
