We are pleased to announce that we have further strengthened our growing corporate finance team after naming Stephen Robinson as a director.
In his new role, Stephen will be focusing on M&A transactions, disposals, acquisitions, valuations and buy-outs. He primarily works with private companies across many sectors on deals that vary in value from £1m to £50m.
Stephen has vast experience in the corporate finance space. As well as mergers and acquisitions, he also specialises in corporate divestiture, change management, post deal integration and private equity. His appointment follows the recent arrival of Ryan Bilsborough who joined the team as a manager in September 2022.
Stephen has worked in the finance sector for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining PM+M, he ran his own buyside M&A advisory and executive search firm called Auxilium Advisory. During his career, Stephen has also worked at Lifestyle Services Group, Zeus Capital, Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA from Cranfield University which included undertaking strategic projects with Glaxo-Wellcome plc and Rolls Royce plc.
