We are delighted to announce we have made a record 22 promotions across the business, including three new directors.
The three new directors are: Claire Layton and Chris Read who specialise in audit, accounting and advisory work; and Dean Rodgers who focuses on advisory and accounting matters. Claire joined PM+M in 2008; Dean in 2009 (with former employer Haworths who merged with PM+M in 2021); and Chris in February 2022. They were all managers in their teams before their respective promotions.
Along with the new directors, 19 other promotions have been announced in the cloud, audit, accounting and advisory, financial planning, tax, payroll and marketing teams. The promotions are comprised of two managers; Mark Sharples and Alex Heath, one assistant manager; Helen Buchan, three senior advisers; Anisa Rigby, Brooke Blades and Connor Meadowcroft, four advisers; Deenah Khan, Hassan Younis, Marcus Feeney and Mo Patel. Further promotions inlcude a client relationship associate; Alice Young and eight junior advisers; Safaa Chaudary, Ali Atif, Dylan Howorth, Afeefah Panchbhaya, Sumayyah Karolia, Tyler Morton, Muneebah Pathan and Freddie Park – all of whom joined the firm as apprentices in September 2022.
Claire Layton, who commenced her career at PM+M in 2008 as a trainee and has gained several promotions since joining the firm, said: “I’m pleased to be continuing my career journey and growth with PM+M and I am extremely proud to have achieved directorship. This promotion represents not only a personal milestone but is also testament to the incredible opportunities that PM+M provides for professional growth.”
