    Jim is a consultant within our corporate finance team. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration as well as the Corporate Finance qualification.

    A specialist in his field, Jim provides advice and support on a wide range of corporate finance matters, including business acquisitions and sales, MBO and MBI deals, development capital and refinancing, Jim also has significant experience in helping shareholders to plan their exit strategies, providing company valuations and financial due diligence services.
