As Managing Partner, Jane is responsible for ensuring the continued excellence of PM+M’s services. Jane also leads PM+M’s tax team, delivering advisory and compliance services to clients, and is authorised by the ICAEW to provide probate services.
Jane has considerable experience of a wide range of tax planning, affecting all aspects of businesses and their owners. She also has substantial experience of advising on the tax aspects of corporate finance transactions and capital tax planning for high net worth individuals and business owners.
Jane spends her time advising clients on how to structure their affairs tax efficiently and works closely with our accountancy and wealth management teams to ensure that clients’ wealth is preserved and maximised.
Jane is married with two adult children and likes to spend her free time with her family. Her interests include travel, cooking, reading, fine dining and wine.
