Julie Mason (Director – Payroll)
Hi, I’m Julie and I’m director and head of PM+M’s payroll team. I take care of our clients’ needs and focus on continually building strong relationships with clients whilst also developing our growing internal payroll team.
I have worked at PM+M for nearly 12 years and have over 25 years in the payroll / accountancy industry. I’m passionate about payroll and all that we do to pay the many thousands of individuals across our clients’ businesses.
Gillian Ibbotson (Assistant Manager – Payroll)
Hi, my name is Gillian. I have worked at PM+M for over 10 years and my role involves running and processing payrolls on behalf of clients, assisting with the everyday management of the payroll team and supporting my colleagues. I love my job and am always delighted to speak to clients to find out how we can help and support them further.
Megan Tattersall (Senior Adviser – Payroll)
I am one of the senior advisers within the payroll team, having worked in payroll for around 5 years. I currently spend most of my time processing more complex payrolls and assisting the team with cross-checks, but I am soon going to be taking on a new role of Implementation and Delivery Lead and I will migrating all of our payrolls to our new software provider. Clients and employers can approach me with any payroll-related queries – I’m always happy to help!
Mohammed Patel (Senior Adviser – Payroll)
Hi, I’m Mo, one of the seniors in the team. I have been in payroll for almost 3 years, and my day-to-day role includes setting up and processing payrolls, pension uploads, submitting P46 cars and pension re-declarations. I also help with training new team members to support their development. I can assist with any payroll related-queries – please feel free to drop me an email if you need advice.
Reece Eccles (Senior Adviser – Payroll)
I am a senior adviser in the team and have been with PM+M for almost 5 years. My role involves processing some of our larger payrolls and also assisting the team and our clients with complex technical and legislative issues. I can help clients with any payroll-related matters.
Agnes Flanagan (Adviser – Payroll)
Hi everyone, my name is Agnes and I have over 23 years’ experience working within the payroll bureau sector. In that time, I have managed a vast range of business payroll accounts for sole proprietors and businesses varying in size, and have even had the pleasure of running the payroll for a Premier League football club! I’m always here to help answer any queries.
Laura O’Garr (Adviser – Payroll)
Hi, I’m Laura, adviser within the payroll team. My responsibilities involve processing payrolls for every pay period from beginning to end, gathering and calculating data, uploading pension contributions, advising of any tax to be paid and answering any questions clients may have.
Vikki Holden (Adviser – Payroll)
I joined PM+M in July 2021 as a payroll adviser. I have 9 years’ experience working within an umbrella company with 3 of those years as a manager. My role included the start to finish of enrolling new contractors to running payroll (PAYE and CIS) and engaging with HMRC. I have overall 18 years’ experience within the financial sector from being a purchase ledger to mortgage adviser and then onto payroll. Outside of work I like to spend my time running, playing football down the park with my boys and watching films / football / boxing.
Claire Yates (Adviser – Payroll)
Hi, I’m Claire, and my role at PM+M involves supporting my colleagues in the payroll team to efficiently deliver client work and guide and advise clients on any ad-hoc payroll matters.
Nathan Cox (Adviser – Payroll)
I joined the PM+M payroll team in August 2021. I have just under 4 years of experience all in all working within a payroll team. The role I have undertaken throughout the years has meant I have gained experience in many aspects of being a payroll adviser.
Andrea Wellock (Adviser – Payroll)
Hi, I’m Andrea and I have over 10 years of experience in the payroll industry. My role involves supporting my colleagues in the payroll team with client queries, payroll processing and recording compliance matters for the Pension Regulator.
Kellie Howes (Trainee Adviser – Payroll)
I am a trainee adviser within the team, currently studying for my payroll qualification via the apprenticeship route. During my time at PM+M, I have built up a large client base and place a heavy focus on developing strong relationships with clients; this helps to ensure our clients remain happy and feel they can approach PM+M with any queries they have.
I have a keen interest in meeting more clients face-to-face and I hope to start working on my networking skills over the next few months.
Umar Makda (Trainee Adviser – Payroll)
I joined the PM+M payroll team in February 2021 as an apprentice and I now have my own portfolio consisting of weekly, monthly and annual payrolls. I start my apprenticeship course in September and look forward to progressing further. Clients can come to me with any payroll related queries – I am always happy to help.
