We are delighted to welcome Judith Dugdale to PM+M, as we further strengthen our partnership.

We sat down with Judith to discuss her new role at PM+M, why she chose our firm, and her plans for the future…

What is your background?

I have joined PM+M from my corporate services director role at Moore and Smalley where I worked for over 22 years, starting as a graduate trainee in 2000.

In my time at Moore and Smalley, I worked with a wide range of sectors including hospitality, childcare/nurseries, property development and construction. I have a keen interest in accounting systems and highly skilled in Xero, Quickbooks and FreeAgent to name a few.

What does your role at PM+M involve?

I have joined the accounts and advisory team, and my passion is to work with owner-managed and family-owned companies to help them develop to achieve both their business and personal goals. PM+M felt like a great opportunity to do that in a forward-thinking and innovative organisation. My focus is now firmly set on delivering for my clients and helping PM+M achieve its vision of being the best North West firm of finance professionals.

Why did you choose PM+M for the next stage of your career?

I’m delighted to work at PM+M as they are a firm with clear values (quality, achievement, fun and doing the right thing), and they align strongly with my own personal values – therefore I felt we were a great fit! Their commitment to delivering for their clients and nurturing their own team really stood out to me – I knew PM+M was the place for me.

PM+M also have a fantastic culture and I am very excited about my journey as a partner at the firm, and playing my part in helping both PM+M, and my clients, flourish.

What excites you about your future at PM+M?

As someone who has lived in the Ribble Valley for 30 years, I am passionate about the area and the North West as a whole. There are many incredible businesses in our locality, and I really am excited to get to work with a broad spectrum of clients. The team at PM+M are second to none and I am really looking forward to working with them to deliver the best possible service to our existing clients as well as welcoming more businesses to PM+M.
