LLP PARTNERS

Richard is the firms specialist in forensic accounting and services to lawyers and is based in our Blackburn office.
Stephen who is based in our Blackburn office is the firm's Chairman and audit technical LLP Member responsible for a large portfolio of major corporate clients.
Mike is based in our Burnley office. He specialises in advising regulated businesses such as insurance brokers and financial services businesses. He also acts for a large portfolio of the firms corporate clients.
David is based in our Burnley office. He specialises in dealing with all aspects of owner managed and unincorporated businesses.
Tony is managing director of PM&M Wealth Management Ltd our wholly owned specialist financial advisory company.
Roger who is our specialist Trust member based in our Burnley office. Roger was also the chairman of the Marsden Building Society.
Diane splits her time between our Blackburn and Clitheroe offices. She is responsible for our specialist Agricultural team and our Accounting services department. She is also a specialist trust LLP member.
Laurence is our tax member responsible for a team of specialist corporate and personal tax advisers.
Tony splits his time between our Blackburn and Clitheroe offices. He has wide experience of advising growing businesses in a number of sectors. He is a farming specialist and is a qualified Independent Financial Advisor.

Emma is the Senior Audit Manager based in our Blackburn office.
Louise is our Senior Tax Manager based in the Blackburn Office.
Julie Walsh Julie is one of our Corporate Tax Managers based in the Blackburn office.
Claire Astley Claire is one of our Corporate Tax Managers based in the Blackburn office.

Colin is Director of IT responsible for the use of Technology throughout the practice and for Technology Services to clients. Colin is based in our Blackburn office but works from wherever he has access to the Internet!

Jackie is PA to Tony Tinker and manager of the accounting services department in our Blackburn office
Neil is an Audit Manager based in our Blackburn office
Peter is our Farming Department Manager
Barbara is an audit manager and personal assistant to Mike Battersby and is based in our Burnley office.
Alan Upton is the firm's practice administrator and partnership secretary
Stella Rosthorn Stella is personal assistant to Roger Cornes based in our Burnley office.

SPECIALISTS

Brian is our banking consultant. Formerly with Barclays for many years as a member of their corporate lending team and latterly as their area agricultural specialist.
James is our Sage and business application specialist based in our Blackburn office.
   
CONSULTANTS
Gillian is based in our Burnley office. Gillian specialises in advice to landed estates, trusts and SME businesses.

Jeremy has been for many years the firms Senior Partner and is now working as a part time consultant to the firm. He continues to take an active interest in the firm’s use of Technology and IT Services to clients whilst providing advisory services to a number of his longstanding clients.
