Roger is based in our Burnley office having joined PM&M following the merger with Langley Stuttard & Co and Rawlinson Hargreaves Smith & Wood on 1st May 2001.

After leaving Bootham School in York he joined Langley Stuttard & Co as an Articled Clerk in 1965 qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1969. He became a partner in 1972 and subsequently became a partner of Rawlinson Hargreaves in 1975.

Roger specialises in Trusts and Estates and personal taxation becoming a member of The Association of Trust and Estate Practitioners(STEP) in 1996. He also has a very broad experience of dealing with all types of small and medium sized businesses.

He was appointed a director of Marsden Building Society in 1983 and is a former Chairman of the Board of the Marsden.

Roger has always lived in the Burnley and Pendle area and is married to Margaret he enjoys gardening and travel.
