Our IT involvement does not end there.  We can provide full back up and support for your system. We offer technologies that allow for offsite storage of all your data.  We can even provide a tool whereby you can access your information held by us (eg accounts, letters, tax returns) over the web.  These services can be provided nationally.  But for those businesses based more locally, we can even provide hardware support.

We see IT like you do, as a key component of the efficient operation of your business.  Therefore we try and resolve issues immediately.  If you have a broadband connection then we can deal with many day to day issues directly.  We can take control of your system and show you and your colleagues how to deal with an issue, while they are at their desk.

Where you have an existing system, we can develop it further.  For example, you may use Sage Line 50 very effectively, but we may be able to add value for your business by designing extra modules for such things as project costing, and price matrices.
