Whether you’re a trainee, straight from school or university, or an experienced manager we want your career at PM+M to be happy and fulfilling.

Whilst client care and professionalism is paramount this doesn‘t stop PM+M being a very friendly place to work. And with a culture of long service we must be doing something right!

From your first day at PM+M we take your training and personal development very seriously  through a mix of on the job training and development, structured training courses and regular appraisals. We know this structure works as for many years we’ve been accredited as an Investor In People. We’re also a registered training office with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Platinum Level Training Office and CPD Employer with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Accredited Employer with the Association of Accounting Technicians.

We encourage you to take ownership of your personal development – if there’s a specific area you’d like to get involved in then you just need to ask for it to be considered.  This also applies if you are a student who, after qualifying at one level, decide you want to take your professional qualifications further. We find it very rewarding to see our staff grow and progress in their career.

Outside working hours there’s an active social calendar if you want to take part.  Recent events and activities include football and cricket tournaments, quiz nights, wine tastings and traditional “nights out” – so you should find something that appeals.
